There is no one particular way to write journal entries. An entry can be a few words, a couple sentences, several paragraphs, or a smorgasbord of tidbits. You can enter a single daily entry or many entries each day. Basically, it’s entirely up to you.

Widgets are templates for recording and viewing specific pieces of information (i.e. books read, movies seen, or your daily weight). Data submitted into a widget may appear as a list, graphically, or as a set of averages.

Categories enable users to create specific topics (i.e. quotes, hobbies, or clients) and submit and maintain entries independent from their main journal entries. Categories can be set up and used to:

Yea, anything you submit to Yo Journal can be easily exported. It’s your information, not ours!
There are two possible reasons why you may not be able to upload a file: 1) you are still in your trial period and the abilty to add files is only available to paying users or 2) the file you are attempting to upload is larger than 2 MB. Only files smaller than 2 MB can be uploaded.
Only you! Journal entries are entirely private for personal consumption and reference only. Your entries are never made public or “published” outside of what you can access with your email address and password.
The privacy and security or your journal entries are of the utmost importance to us. To this end, the following measures have been put in place to maintain your privacy.
Select “Settings” from the main navigation at the top of the page. Under Account Details, you’ll see an option where you can upgrade your account.
Canceling service with Yo Journal depends on which payment plan you've chosen.
Simply decline the renewal notice when it appears after your 1, 2, or 3 year billing cycle has expired.
